I get it, 70+ years of indoctrination, but come on! The war was literally over by spring '42, since Barbarossa was officially over and not even half of the goals were met.
By '43, where Western Allies were actually doing something on their own, Germany was already in retreat from Soviet troops, so yeah, so much for "war effort".
And land lease wasn't really effective till late '43, while before that Brits were handling over old stockpile and Americans were mostly sending non-combat equipment, which Soviets had no use for anyway (such as truck absolutely incapable of working in Russian conditions or old surplus US uniforms)

So yeah, glorious Western Allies who stopped Soviets from marching further West. That's literally all their effort.
Still, nothing beats French, who managed to spin the shit out of the war in such way they were sitting as a victor and war contributor at negotiation table.

Also - entire central Europe would like to "thank" FDR and Churchill for selling them cheap to Stalin. Much appriciated, cunts!

Don't kid yourself, the allies did help the supply situation somewhat with lend lease, but the entire industrial build up Stalin envisioned was scheduled to wrap up towards the end of 1942/43 at which point the entire economy was supposed to shift to war production. Coincidentally that was about the time the germans were starting to get pushed back along the entire front. This is why Russia was so eager to buy time with the molotov pact.
Saying the US tipped the scales to such a degree that the war would have been lost otherwise is just wild speculation. Germany was defeated by lack of resources, lack of men, logistic issues, several fronts and so on, they would have lost even without american involvement.
