Those providers could skyrocket rates because the customers would be forced to maintain Healthcare or be fined.

College is seen as a requirement by too many people, the trade sector is dying because college do nothings are not looking at what kind of careers are truly open, college is expensive because of the heavy subsidies provided because of the government, either because of loans, or Affirmative Action almost all colleges receive money from the government, because of this they can simply raise their tuition prices as they wish, the government will keep paying more and more in loans, and the same is true with every one of the scholarship organizations, because it is seen as a donation and as such, a tax write-off.
