Legend Heroes, it's a Korean series akin to Ryuki with great fight choreography and really nice suits, but terrible mech battles. It's getting official English subs by the company that made it, though I'm pretty sure it's an ESL person translating it since the scripts look very rushed with misspellings and the sentences are worded very poorly at times.

It's got a lot of charm and it feels like a higher budget show than what Toei usually produces so it's fun to watch. Toei didn't make it or anything, I'm just using their shows as a comparison. The main character suits are great, the fight choreography is great, and the CGI is surprisingly very believable, they just lose out on the mech battles which feel like afterthoughts to pad out the episode times and sell more stuff. They basically look like really cheap suits fighting at 12 FPS and always go into final attacks as soon as they form.

Fair enough of an assessment, but as a Legend Hero his entire ideal pretty much mirrors Gai's from Ryuki. He thinks he's doing good when he's essentially killing or chasing after people who made a mistake and are trying to make up for it because they can't possibly stop committing crimes once they did it once.

Huang Zu is kind of a bad example for him to hold every criminal up to since that guy was absolutely mental and unrepentant no matter what, but Batman is trying to make things better.

18 got subbed last week, it seems like it's one episode a week, where I'm at right now Batman nearly went to rob a safe before Liu Bei helped him with the power of friendship. It doesn't feel like there's been a retool yet, still feels like it does from episode 1.

I still don't get why the mech segments are so cheap looking in comparison to the main stuff, the main stuff is so nice and the mech battles look like they got one of those guys who designs dollar store mechs to create the suits, and they take from the worst of Sentai mech fights (I.E. hit a guy once, stagger back, and then go to a finisher).
