Because they tried, failed, and then gave up without trying to learn anything. Watch some youtube videos, and get a sense of what cooking is like firsthand.

Cooking meat on a grill requires either a thermometer to make sure they are cooked properly or an intuition about cooking sausages, meaning practice, as you experienced with your 3 tries. The recipe in the OP is designed for impatient millennial retards that don't understand how to follow directions, so they actually tell you to cook the chicken for twice as long as you need to. If you follow the instructions as closely as possible, they recipe will come out okay, but the chicken will be severely overcooked. Just make sure when you are cooking meat that it is fully defrosted, meaning if it was frozen you let it defrost in the fridge (NOT at room temp) for 24 hours (or more if they are really thick or clumped together)

It's easy to think that, but that's how you discourage workers from consuming free 'damaged' consumables.

Typical procedure is (as best as I can remember, and I didn't have the best of understanding of the procedure to begin with since it was something that only management and specific employees were supposed to deal with) that damaged or expired items are marked or 'reclaimed' in the system (supposedly to save profit for the store and/or company, assuming it's a franchise, somehow) and then is immediately thrown into a garbage disposal. Were he working in a grocery store, he rightfully shouldn't have the opportunity to take expired/unsold items.

-not sure if 'stir and wait' was all instructions or things like the heat was cut off in edit.
Metal tablespoon used to stir, should be wooden stirring spoon, tablespoon will get hot and messy
Also the stirring/scratching noise
-A layer of oil sounds odd but something could have been cut
"Once it is all cooked you can remove it" you can't remove oil
The oil that gives it the taste, oil isn't used for flavor.
Wrong knife for cutting onions.
(I think it would be better to chop the onion in half first giving less chance of it rolling while you cut however she did at least make the base flat)
Starts cutting it very badly (uneven and not clean cut) while saying it is very simple

You don't cut garlic, you unwrap the garlic then unwrap the cloves then crush them.
by cutting it she has wasted 4/5 of the garlic, while saying you can do it how you like

she moves the waste off the chopping board by scratching the blade along it.
The garlic comes double wrapped it won't get any cleaner by washing it
