If you want the video that goes with the audio, it's from a mixtape, I don't think there is a video for it.

If you mean the video in the webm, it's a splice of a bunch of Disney stuff. Showing my age here, but I had the VHS as a kid. I recognize a couple clips easily, but you should be able to find the rest, they're from the same series of shorts. "Disney's Silly Symphony" and "Mickey Mouse Haunted House".
