Why are gondolas so relatable? Why do I see so much of myself in an expressionless, two-legged animal friend? Is it because they're usually depicted being so deep in thought?
If I ever feel a little lost, I can picture a gondola looking out across the hills, and I know that they've been where I am now already. I only have to follow their path to get out.
Does everyone itt feel the same way?

Thanks guy, but could you be a little bit more specific? I've looked at over 25 different tracks on youtube, which happens to be a pain in the ass because Victor Entertainment has 90% of the videos blocked so I have to go through shitty ass web proxies to hear em.

Gondola was not a mistake

Gondolas are relaxed, harmless creatures that observe their environment. They rarely interfere anything, but just keep observing. They rarely talk, just look around and smile. This makes them very different from other creatures such as spurdo, that feel, pepe, yoba, etc.

Gondola is the silent walker. Having no hands he embodies the Taoist
principle of wu-wei (non-action) while his smiling facial expression
shows his utter and complete acceptance of the world as it is.

Is it wrong that many of these make me want to tear up? Not in any depressed way. But because of how beautiful some are?

I used to have hundreds of relaxing gifs and pictures. Oceans. Skylines. Space. Snow. Rain. I'd look at one while music played. Just enjoying the stillness and beauty.

Anytime I go out and it's raining or foggy or showing I don't complain anymore. I admire it. I can dry my clothes. I can go inside. But you can't relive the little beautiful moments

If you like to draw then how about drawing first by hand the overall picture, contours and such, scan it/them and put them togheter in TVpaint (for example) and go from there.

Or just start from scratch on TVpaint (not shilling, just the program I'm currently using) and try to paint with it. It can be daunting at first (it's not a complex program but there is some basic stuff you'll best be looking up instructions on to figure out how to use (I did anyway).

Drawer's protip: Get paper and pen. Be in a dark room, light a candle and place it somewhere in your field of vision. With the pen and paper, try to draw the shadows that the candle causes. I found this out yesterday and managed to improve my drawing and penmanship somewhat drastically.

That's actually some rendition of Blind Guardian's The Bard's Song. The original is 3 minutes of what's in the webm followed by another 3 minutes of metal, but there's a studio version with just the intro and they play it unplugged at basically every concert they do.

I don't like to think of Gondolas as living in their own world full of gondola people. So, uh...

I was thinking of starting making gondolas myself. Not the still ones, they're easy and fast. I want to let the world know gondola through animation, even if it's gonna be simple framed. Gondola's impact is in the music and the atmosphere.

Any proficient editor tips? The frames are, of course, going to be made in MSpaint.

I always thought it was one of the best with how it told the story and it's music delievered the atmosphere of desolation.

The Gondola also matches the setting since you can only really watch what happens to your team by looking at the remains of battle ect.
