I can't find an online converter than can change the audio codec to vorbis. You can convert to webm using VLC. It gives you the VP8 & Vobis option.

Yeah im in the same boat, these threads made me start video editing something I've never done before, at the moment i just downloaded a torrent of this software called video pad. Its not the best but its pretty easy to use and its got quite a bit of tools to use too
