From the previous thread. I still don't have the source for the attached HOWEVER I *think* I've at least identified some red herrings.

The game in the video is from the vaporware Power Drive 2000. The footage is from the Alpha which is free to download. The music is NOT in the alpha, nor is the intro police scanner accompaniment.

The title of that webm when it was last posted was "Cruise Control". Cruise Control is a different mobile game with a soundtrack by Vector Hold. The music in related webm is NOT by Vector Hold.

I'm 99% this webm might as well be a black screen. The footage is misdirection.

It does kind of remind me of Kalax, but I've poured over all his tracks with no luck.
