How would one make these kind of "bumpers"?

I'm making a mockumentary, and Need to create several similar looking text slides for it.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to get a good grasp on it.

When I try and pre-make the slides in something like pixlr, they come out in crappy quality when I put them in premier pro, and I can't get two title cards in premiere pro to look similar at all.

Any suggestions?

I make it 1080x1920 the typical size of 1080p video. Center the text and have it at 60 for the adult swim text size ratio. if you are having issues look up tutorials online. 2 hours of learning can help you understand a bunch of very basic photoshop skills. Very helpful.

I searched it from every angle, tore the lain website to shreds, and even watched every episode but I still couldnt find a source.

The only thing that could be found was that the author was 'infinity' which may have not have even been a lain reference, or an artist name but a nod to 'mugen' from samurai champloo.

Just a little rant, but honestly, the best bumps are the ones where the text part doesn't span 9/10ths of the video. The music and aesthetic is important too.

Also, changing the music when going from the text part to the aesthetic part often doesn't quite work out.
