Nah man, I'm using 1m30s clips... Usually I can squish those down to reasonable, even if they're fairly high res without much problem. On these I'm having to drop frames and use fairly nasty compression levels, on top of reducing them to 360p or less.

Think it has something to do with the way the background moves - compressor can't find any still bits.

Dude they are very much related. Yes they may not be 100% in the same universe (people will argue this due to how multiple dimensions work it could be very loosely possible), but they use so much of the same elements you can't say they aren't related except for the parent company.

They both have chaos and the warp, utilizing their respective forms of special power magic stuff is a double edge sword, numerous races can be drawn from each other.

It came, Warmachine Tactics, I backed it, it was terrible the last time I tried it.

It plays EXACTLY like the tabletop game, which makes for really bad video game pacing beacuse you aren't playing a quick skirmish, you are going though an entire level. It just feels sluggish when you have to allocate focus every turn, and move individual soldiers in a unit, trying to CRA is a fucking nightmare due to line of sight shenanigans.

In our world and with metal handwear grapping a slowly moving blade is fundamentally no different from grapping any slowly moving piece of metal.

Except the technique shows grabbing the tip of a moving longsword with your bare hand 0:41, and the mid section with your armpit 0:15 to 0:20.
The sword is obviously not "slowly moving" whatever the fuck that means, and even then just being slowly drawn or pushed would slice you up.
"Metal handwear" is always only on the outside/back, you still have bare skin or a glove on the inside/palm, and the techniques are shown either for unarmored fencing or in armour but with no gloves.

I'm questioning the intepretation, since the illust at 015 an 020 show the push on the hand and the gripping of the guard more so than the filipino style arm wrap they demonstrate, and for the 0:41 i just don't know what did fiore mean with that raised hand, catching the very tip of a sword as it comes down on you seems impossible, and even if you managed to do that it would cut your hand, in the demonstration the guy hands the flat of the blade to the opponent which is clearly not what's depicted.
And since I'm nitpicking at 028 they do the stepping on the blade which is another fucking wushu magic trick.

Even the imperium doesn't mindlessly waste resources over nothing, especially space marines. They're relatively small in number given the scale of the setting (~1,000 chapters of ~1,000 marines each, some chapters having more but a lot of chapters having less, so it balances out) to do everything across an entire galaxy spanning empire. The idea of having them on parade to boost some inquisitor's ego seems a bit bizarre, especially one of the original legions.

Then again the plot of the movie so far seems to involve a traitor so maybe it was a ploy to draw them out, or something.
