The blood looks pretty bad if you actually concentrate on it, and its in bright lighting, but when you actually play the game normally it looks fantastic, especially with explosives (instead of gibs just flying away, blood trails fall to the ground). Along with the insanely good animation work (both 1st/3rd person, and zed animations) this game looks insanely good sometimes.

I really love the way zeds stumble around when you hit them with melee weapons, it looks perfect.
