I've always loved the adult swim aesthetic and when these anons started making shit i joined in. I've been trying to complete a video project for some time now and these bumps are relatively quick to make so I actually complete something instead of leaving it half finished.

I am at a completely new place in my life, and editing together little video projects makes me happy because of I actually know what I'm doing.


Music in general has helped me through a lot of bad times, and lofi hiphop, plunderphonics, and some other stuff really speak to me. It also happens to coincide with a lot of [as] material. [as] I used to watch religiously in my early high school days, it kept me company, made me feel connected to something like >>1287281 said. I gotta a real big place in my heart for those folks, and making these little bumps to make other people happy really shines a light into my life right about now.

I make traditional bumps and package them together with something a bit more freestyle, or more akin to their wordless bumps. Once I get a more advanced video editor and I adjust to college, I'll try to do a lot more interesting freestyles.
