I left out the part about "*use old version 2.20.0, later versions have broken Variable mode" from the OP because the Variable mode on the newer versions isn't really broken, just different.

The older versions of WfR lets you make webms that are within the filesize limit with less adjustment of the default Variable mode values.

The newer versions usually requires more adjustment of the CRF value in its Variable mode to get a webm to fit within the size limit, but it you have more precise control over the video quality of a webm.

Changelog says that CRF/Tolerance values have been fixes.

KLK dominated /a/ while it aired, both people who loved and hated it couldn't stop talking about it, and when it got on Toonami about a year after it finished there was a resurgence of KLK posting as all the casuals started getting into it.
