As someone who plays the violin and has been exposed to all orchestral string instruments, this webm sounds bad. He's not even playing well or playing in a complicated manner except towards the end. There is that sort of screechy sound while he's playing (I'm not really sure how to describe it but you can hear it being too sharp on the ears despite him playing the same note because he's doing something wrong. It looks like he's bowing way too far low.)

I live around Detroit (and have also lived in Chicago), and when I was growing up we did tornado drills in school, and often went into the basement at home when the siren went off for a tornado warning. I also saw a funnel cloud forming over my backyard one summer. Seems like tornado warnings have declined a lot since I was growing up, by they do/did happen up this far north.
