You don't even have to re-encode, you can just replace the Vorbis audio stream that's already there with your own. If it's over 4MB or doesnt loop right, you can cut parts of it off with avidemux.

The stuttering is probably caused by a change in the frame rate made somewhere during the conversion process

Why do people hate fats so much
i morbidly obese myself but:

I dont say its genetics
I have a well paying job (Dont live off the state)
Dont blame it my metabolism

I just eat alot of junk food because that shits good and i dont workout because i dont have time/cant be bothered to go to the gym.

Me being overweight has many many cons and few pros but i accept it as my lifestyle and there are many fats that are the same as me but we get bullied and judged for for being mistaken for the people that are opposite

they say its not their fault
they work out loads
they eat super healthy
and they dont even like fast food

I hate those people as much as other people.
So next time you are about to have a go at a fat guy: Make sure they are the "bad" fat.

Part of the reason they're fat is they never move. That means they can get injuries like pulled hamstrings and sprained knees from really basic everyday activities. These are legitimately extremely painful.

Like i said, i enjoy eating food, cus foods is good (i aint gonna sugarcoat it cus il eat that too)

But im not lazy as i work as IT support in a large office building which involves alot of walking about and i dont start panting everytime i go from one place to another.

As for disgusting, if you mean dirty and smelly then its simply not true as i shower every morning and have a bath most nights in the evening.
If you mean unattractive then yeah fair enough, most people dont find fat attractive (including myself)

and for the "eat slightly less" part, that is complete bullshit. a few years ago my friends told me that as i had been fat my entire life i would love to be slim like them. i said i wouldent but they didnt believe me so i spent 3 months going to the gym every day and working my ass off to get slim and at the end when i had the BMI of an average man. i spent 5 months as a "normal" person and i hated it
i hated not being able to snack, eat whenever/whatever and i felt less strong. and now a year later im as fat and happy as ever.

I don't really know about that... As a kid, I hated brussel sprouts with a passion, not that I ate many vegetables as a kid anyways, but brussel sprouts were by far the most disgusting things I've had. But now I'm not that old, and yet I love brussel sprouts--- there's not my favorite vegetable, but I'll still gladly eat a plate of them.

Of course, people's tastes buds change over time, but if it was a genetic component as suggested, then shouldn't I still find them repulsive? My genetics didn't suddenly change since I was a child.

You don't need to be a master of video editing, you need to be a master at nor being a retard, which you were. You can delete and add audio tracks to a video file without re-encoding it.

Here's one fast way of deleting an audio track:
ffmpeg -i "file.mp4" -c:v copy -an -y "file (no audio).mp4"
And here's one for adding a track:
ffmpeg -i "video.mp4" -i "audio.mp3" -c:v copy -map 0:v -map 1:a -c:a libvorbis -qscale:a 0 -shortest -y "file (audio).mp4"
