Korean with Chinese influences and I think some Chinese people are helping supervise it or something. The show is all over the place in quality though, their on foot fights are great but the mech fights are not only disgusting to look at thanks to the awful designs that are literally dollar store robot tier, but they are also filmed in a framerate that shifts between Adult Swim action figure skits to proper Sentai mech fights.
