1. This is 4chan mah boi. People choose to glorifiy whatever they want here under their own rationale.
2. Graffiti has this range of opinions towards it ranging from "it's a crime" to "Muh Artistic Freedom" depending on where you come from.
3. Personally, I think that some Graffiti art is quite beautiful, and the risks/lengths some folks go to place their artwork for all the world to see are a bit admirable.
