I use Sony Vegas that I "acquired" to make mine. Frame Velocity, Chroma Key, and a Sepia filter are all used in these videos, with a template, as provided.

You'll need some form of converting webm to a usable format (mp4, avi, etc.) but from there it's just assembling the pieces where they need to go.

The big ship there is a Titan. It's very expensive, and takes a long time (real-world time) to actually be able to fly it, let alone use all its functions.

One of its functions is to move a fleet from one point (the titan) to another (Cynosural field, or Cyno for short.) in an instant. Which the fleet was expecting to happen, allowing them to drop a large fleet of ships on an unsuspecting enemy station to blow it out of space.

However, the Titan can not travel by stargates like smaller ships can, it's far too big. However, it comes with its own travel system, being able to jump itself to Cyno's that are lit. Usually done in a train, or to move to a new safe spot to hibernate until it's use is needed.

The pilot of the Titan here was going to open his gate to allow the ships to launch to the cyno, but accidentally jumped himself to the cyno with no support, and the potential of enemies being able to take out a very expensive ship.

In this instance, the Titan did manage to escape and get to safety in time, but if you look up the Battle of Asakai, you can see how this misstep can cause a very bad happening.

The development is going really great, slow but efficient. I spend about a month on each level, I now have 3 levels out of 5. After I finish the levels I'll put it on Greenlight, do some polish, then release it.

I don't see it as ruining it. Of course there is the original approach with buildup on the serious side, but there is also the surprise one, that seens to be on the funny side.
