basically the plane was tilted all the way up (highest attempted climb rate) and to avoid stalling, they had to go left/right as you can't go up and also turn effectively. They then ended up having all passengers leave their seat and crowd the fuck out of the front of the plane to assist. After this, the plane then attempted to land by spinning down the engines as best they could.

>Is it an old machine ? because it looks rusty and all. Also, homemade tweaks ?
Its probably mid to late 1920s. It was used in actual work up to the 1980s. Dad bought it third hand with a saw bench in the late 60s early 70s. Buy the 80s the crank / big end bearings were worn out so dad took it apart to get new ones made. They got made and fitted but he never put it back together again. I got bored in school holidays as a teen and resembled it but stripped one crucial thread in the block. It sat for another 5 years or so until I had a job. I bored out the stripped hole, re-tapped it and fitted a larger stud. I got one last part needed to get it running made that had previously rusted out and now it goes. The valves got replaced at one point and are non original. Paint work, what is left of it is original and un-restored. There are some other minor part we replaced also over the years.
This is some other guys one. It doesn't have the crank cover mine does.
