It's a replay from World of Tanks. It's from the time when they first implemented improved physics, which turned out in tanks spinning like at random.

Now they've implemented even newer physics, with handbrake and such. The drifting in that game is real now.

If anyone wants to make a webm, there was a temporary game mode called Chaffee Races, where they tweaked the game physics to allow tanks to pull crazy drifts. Give a look on youtube there must be tons of replays.
