I use C Locker so I can add widgets to my lock screen but there's lots of apps in the play store like AcDisplay, Echo, Locker Master etc.. You can also just go to your settings > display and wallpaper (or whatever) > wallpaper and change it like that ^-^ hope this helps

It looks okay. But here's some extra tips. Get rid of the notification bar. You get this double click thing going on and it doesn't like nice. Second if you're using Nova launcher make every folder 1 icon to represent that folder. Makes things a lot cleaner than having multiple folders.
