Anything cozy and modern/futuristic that makes you really want to be there
My time to shine. Not futuristic, but late eighties alternate universe. Artist is Simon Stålenhag.

>>6964135 no; general
>>6964140
Looks like GitS, is that from the new movie? How is it anyway?
>>6964146 Yes; seems so. Found it was rocking. It's very seldom to see such relevant, interesting postcyberpunk on cinema-screen. Not sure why that is but it should change imo. Somebody's gotta pick that stuff up - not speaking of a sequel but generally as society probably needs to cope with new developments through engagement with it (incl. culturally and mentally). Art has roles beyond monetary return and self-actualization in society; and I'm happy about anything that advances the actualizing postcyberpunk strain.
Note that the original cyberpunk has no places for anything modern/futuristic that "makes you really want to be there" and that these days only few people read few books and only few mediaworks engage constructively also those people who do not actively seek and engage relevantly & participatively; where's the contemporary transformative artmovement; where us?
>>6961468
I can dump my whole Stålenhag folder if you guys want :)

For being a PS4 game and worse than Killzone 2 and 3, you can't deny that the entire game is aesthetic as fuck.
>That feel when you wake up in New Helghan after being tortured and go outside

you don't need buy xbox, It will also be on the pc
>>6961464
damn, if this had no blur at all it would be perfect
>>6966878
For me this would be the single most perfect wallpaper had there not been the car/headlights. Maybe if there was some actual raindrops, too.

Does anyone happen to know a photo of inside high rise apartment at night? A desk is on the right with a laptop/desktop dimming lighting the room. A window is on the immediate left with views of the city. Can't remember if it was raining or not.
I remember seeing it in a thread years ago where people posted their rooms.
>>6967611
i just imagine me sitting naked there, jerking off, with people seeing.

It's regarded as a weaker film when compared to Blomkamp's District 9, but that's alright. I quite liked it for what it was.
>>6973116
Agreed. Liked the Kruger character a lot
>>6972670
Love it!
>>6967611
