Literally just press buttons and see what happens imho, that's how I learned. It uses the same scripting language Rainmeter used, but with a nice UI

The three icons are for popup widgets (the headphone one for music ... obviously duh ... , the weird one in the bottom left for bluetooth, brightness and gps, the one above the flashlight widget pops up as well with weather info)
