Those are some of the best parts of SF. Its the fucking techies taking their personal bus down to silicone valley that ruined it for me. The culture seems to have changed when I go back now. The diverse little neighborhoods have changed. The gentrification is real bad. I used to be able to afford to live in SF as a grad student at UCSF. Rent was ~$800/month, fuck finding something less than 3k now...
