Does anyone have the picture of a cabin in some woods that was on this board a few days ago? It was grainy, black and white and there was a lot of snow around.

Not a photographer but here is what I would change:


>Make sure the subject matter is clear and centered

It's not quite clear what you are shooting here, the house is too far out of the shot. About 45% of the photo is the lawn and 35% is the sky, if the house is the subject it should be straight and pronounced.

There is no problem if you want to emphasize the landscape (i.e the lawn and the dreary sky) but the house isn't straight and isn't centered so it looks haphazard.

May I make a request?
I recently lost my favorite wallpaper of all time and it was of a road bend, probably in Japan, but there's no signs in the picture to know for sure. The sky is completely light grey and there's trees on the right. I've had this picture for a year but I don't have it anymore.

It was taken in the daytime. The sky was completely grey, so cloudy. There were no cars on the road, no birds, nothing.
