well a reason might be, how? I'm guessing by using a wallpaper app. I remember I knew a good one for mac but forgot the name. Recommend any for mac?

Found out some cool stuff. I guess that gifs like that are called "Cinemagraphs." They're like movie stills with a single moving part that loops very well.

1200x690 seems to be the highest res and the framerate isn't getting much better. Sorry.
