Oh yeah and I may as well rate you while I'm at it.

I'd say this is a 9/10. I like how the colors work together. The one thing I don't like is the blur. Blurring part of the painting seems kind of weird to me and it sort of stands out. If I were making something like that I'd try and make a picture in photoshop to have the same color and texture as the background of the painting. Then, I'd set that rectangle to be a bitmap of the edited picture. If you can't edit pictures you could always go on the IMT. That's just me though, do whatever you think looks good.

Not a fan of the font, could try out different serif/cursive fonts. It's just kind of off putting at the moment for me. Maybe other Vermeer paintings could also help because that one's very popular (and overused).

Creat an overlap group, then add any element there, go FX>Shadow>Outer, set it's parameters to Blur 30, Direction 310, Distance 1. Yes, just 1. Then go Position and set all the directions to 30, or try any other number, this will make shadow look normal.

Anyone know of a widget that will display icons of notifications? If you try using klwp commands it has an ugly placeholder image and wont clear notifications properly through touch. Thanks in advance

in klwp. make a stack group, layer > stacking > horizontal center.
add two items, a text and an icon.

text should be:
$if(nc(wifi)=CONNECTED,nc(wsig)/2,nc(csig))$
this basically says if its connected to the wifi it will show the wifi strength. but the wifi strength is 0-9 and the cell strength is 0-4 so i divide it by two so its a more fair looking number. if its not connected to the wifi it will show cell strength.

to make the icon fit with it make sure that the pack is material then hit the little check box oe the right where it says icon then in the top right there should be a calculator icon. hit that and then for the input box put:
$if(nc(wifi)=CONNECTED,network_wifi,network_cell)$

should do the trick. hope i helped. and HELL YEAH man your rice is really shaping up thanks for taking my advice.

Pretty basic. Only used KWGT for the time/date and weather. Everything else is just done with the launcher. The "/!\" after the haze just means there's some special weather thing. In this case it's "SMOKY" because of the fires but I don't display the weather code yet, just a notification symbol when there is one.

Tapping anywhere or swiping from the bottom brings up an app drawer, tapping on the house brings up my favorite apps. The app drawer organizes apps based on how frequently I use them at that time of the day/week and it's pretty accurate. When I'm doing something unusual, the first letter and tag searches brings up whatever it is fast.

Nova. Also, to have your music controls show when you tap the music box, you should set up a global switch and make a touch event on the box that toggles the switch. Then make an overlay with your music controls in it and make it have an animation of fade in/scale in/whatever. Easy peasy

I'm having a bit of a problem with this setup. I made this setup on a galaxy s4 a while back, and that phone didn't have on-screen navigation buttons. The one I have now (huawei p9 lite) does, and I think it's preventing me from using the music widget. It's not just a klwp issue, though, because in Nova, I have "swipe up" set to open my app drawer, and that won't work if I swipe up from the bottom ~2'' of my screen. I'm not a font person but the italics are weird, the font is huge and thick, and the M and 4 are 500% sharper than anything else. With the M in particular it looks more like a minimal Gmail logo than an M. The little font looks okay.

While I agree that you don't need klwp to rice, saying it's shit and won't help with anything is just not true. Klwp allows you to do a ton of things that you otherwise couldn't. It's not for everyone, sure, and you can have a damn good rice without it, but it's still a viable tool for ricing

Is it somehow possible to get the old CRT style screen off animation back? I've already checked all the CM settings without any luck. Also there doesn't seem to be any up to date modules on Xposed so I am kind of lost here.

Changed a few things, made a functioning status bar replacement, got rid of the weather the same with the notifications widgets also now my player only shows if something is actually playing.

The placement/style don't fit but i think it's fine for now
