I'm using Linux Mint with XFCE there. Just need to customize the fuck out of it. I hid all desktop shortcuts, then rebuilt the Panel (Settings > Panel > Appearance). Just play around a bit until you find what you like.

You're also gonna want to mess around with the Items in your Panel. Don't know if there's an easier way to do it but I got my clock in the center by just putting a bunch of separators. Here's a screenshot of what my items menu looks like.

You're also gonna need to look up how to change the font, it's pretty easy. Then maybe look into getting a new WM (Window Manager).

one time my mom banned me from using the computer because i failed a test but i wanted to keep watching my cute animes so i picked up a emergency usb drive that i used to store some animes into just in case and plugged it on my tv and started watching yuru yuri and there was this moment when Ayano was taking a bath with Kyoko and then my sister came in and my tv remote wasn't working and she saw like everything and then my face started going red and i had to turn off the tv manually so i jumped from my bed and she closed the door >//<

I downloaded a program on the Taskbar transparency.
The icons I made myself, just do whatever you want, then save it as icon, then simply go to Windows settings and change the icon. There's plenty handy YouTube videos as well.
