It's moving based on the gyroscope, which is a built into KLWP. Set it to scroll inverted based on Y axis, and scroll normally based on X axis. The smaller pictures move at 25 speed, the larger ones move at 15. Each set of pictures is an overlap group, so applying animation that way is easy and it keeps the layers consistent. Whole setup is two overlap groups (left, right columns), each photo is its own overlap group (image/polaroid/text), a color-ified polaroid bottom bar then a normal rectangle.

As for rate, I like the design, the border is pretty striking. Would change the text though, pretty hard to read. Maybe try making the background stone or marble, putting your current image over it, then set the text fx to background. Might help flesh out the theme a bit.

The font for the time and date are the same, I'll have to figure out kustom more before I fuck with my music player to match fonts. I'm having a hard time finding a good icon pack that matches everything.

Pic related, I don't know if I should stick to one of these icon packs or ditch it all and try find something better. The problem is, I can't really find anything.

Yeah the colors are nice, I'd move the circle for the pause button a little to the left though. I'd make it so the distance between the left border of the rectangle and the left part of the music progress bar are equidistant.

The image is poorly rendered and it's as if you used the split screen feature of touchwiz. I'd suggest using a modified version of the icon pack "Shimu" that you reconfigure to match your colorscheme. (which you can get from androidzone) Also, remove the bold from the clock. Either you bold everything, or you bold nothing.
Overall, 2/10. You can improve would a few adjustments.

I like the idea, but I don't really understand the concept of the scrolling wallpaper in this instance. The color of the font is hard to see on the fingers, gives my eyes a little trouble when its being scrolled right and left.
Icon pack goes well, but could be improved regarding the Reddit icon, Firefox, Mail, Spotify(?), and weather. The blues don't go well with the rest of the composition.

I'd suggest getting the icons from the "Delta" icon pack (can be obtained from the Play Store) and run them all through photoshop to make them white. "Lines" (I'm assuming this is the set you're using) isn't going to work here since there's bits of white everywhere in the river. You could put a rectangle around the music player that darkens the wallpaper a little bit so it has an obvious presence on the screen rather than have it blend into the whites of the water.

Im planning on adding either a parallax effect or a bit of a shadow to the widgets once I figure out how to do either.

Seems a bit over the top, but I guess it's your style. It seems like there's way too much on the screen.
The animations are smooth, but come out from such an awkward spot.

The music player's text spacing is a bit far apart. It makes it a little awkward considering that the title is closer to the album cover than it is to the artist.

I would implement a little folder system in your apps drawer so that you can put your communications apps together. You literally have four on the page.

The background really puts this one down.

Overall, 6/10. Good concept with good rice, just needs a wallpaper that doesn't have so much going on.
I'd suggest Futura LT Book as a font btw.

The music widget at the bottom; is that Poweramp? The only time you'd do that is if you need the album art ( I think). So recreate in KLWP if that's the case. Otherwise, the Clock above and the Date below the app strip; the space between the two feels unbalanced. Much better than the app cluster at the very bottom from before. The widgets are a very solid idea, and their colours work quite nicely with the background colour (and even the images themselves (?)). However, the "Cherry Blossom Girl" text purpose eludes me, along with it's poor placement, making the space between the bottom two widgets seem much larger than the one at the top. The diagonal placement of the images is clever. Quite nice.

This is built pretty well, but to me it doesn't feel visually consistent. There's black and white areas/blur when the image is very matte, and then the skull thing on the second screen feels random. I don't have any specific suggestions for replacements, but I would try to find a way to tie your elements together thematically.

Icons are Kecil. You have to use PNGs and apply them as icons but I believe an Android port is in the making. Also I made the scrolling wallpaper thing because I like to use my desktop wallpapers on mobile and scrolling would allow me to get the "full view". Kinda dumb but w/e.

Phone is a Galaxy j3; not at all the greatest phone ever, but I called AT&T telling them I wanted to cancel my contract and have another provider buy me out cause I had broken my nice phone and was therefore using an old shitty iPhone 4 with a broken screen that was slicing up my face and thumbs- so AT&T was like "Look, we will send you this phone (Galaxy j3) for free if you stay with [AT&T]," and so I agreed. Just got this phone two days ago, and for it being a mid-grade phone which retails for anywhere from $119 to $150, it's actually pretty Fucking awesome. Super happy with this as a freebie.

The home screen was just something I threw together with Nova Launcher after not being able to modify anything for quite sometime since I was using said garbage iPhone 4 for the last 6 *painful* months. Fuck Apple, and fuck iPhones.

Thank you! I wasn't entirely sure what I thought when I first made it, especially since I literally just threw it all together super quickly late last night. But it's grown on me, and I'm glad others like it too! Icon pack is just Lines Free, and it has the whole alphabet in that font. Wish there were more fonts, but luckily I do like this one.

As for changing the triforce to an "A"; no, I don't like it like that. There are other symbols I like though, but I'm waiting to change that till I change them all- which will happen eventually. As mentioned, it is actually just an icon pack ("Lines Free" or something like that) and so they're just replaced icons, therefore I didn't pick the font or anything like that; it was the only choice, but lucky for me, I do actually like this font, and think the contrast works well with most wallpaper choices I've made.

I personally like using iconstructor for most, since you can tweak the shape and colours to exactly fit your background, but it can be a bit finicky. Other than that, there are plenty of red icon packs on the store, most typically used being stamped red and circons red.

Sometimes they balance is shifted towards my taste, and at other times I have to not choose a screen that I like the most in favor of one that has the most positive replies. That's the case for the current OP, for example.

I would take a break from ricing like someone else suggested and one day inspo for a new rice will come to you. For reference, it took me more than a year to get back into ricing.

Is there a specific input for time elapsed in formulas ? I want exclusive switches that also turn off after 2 secs.
Right now my formula looks like this :

I assume that the physical buttons on my samsung are just as likely to break and the buttons on an iphone, so I want to use the physical buttons as little as possible. nova pro can let you change the long press gesture as well as the swipe up, swipe down, pinch out, pinch in, two finger swipe up, two finger swipe down, two finger swipe up, double tap, double tap swipe up, double tap swipe down, two finger rotate clockwise, two finger rotate counter clockwise. you can set those actions to recent apps, nova settings, app drawer, notification shade, launch a specific app, toggle dock/notification bar, and all kinds of other shit.

The evident things are that the text spacing looks off. The padding is too thin and the distances between one button and the other is too wide, you get what I'm saying? You got a nice pape you could play around more than just Black boxes and white text.

In terms of personal tastes, never been too much of a fan of all-text shortcuts myself. I like the clock but it also looks a bit interrupting. You could make the clock be vertical, to the left or right of the deer head and have other component to the other side with the same box height and width, and so on. Also some animations playing with blurs and such could add so much to it if you wanna look at it on the art side. Imagine something like touching one of the buttons on the bottom and having the pape blur and show some component, a music player, a folder, you name it. That would look great IMO.

The icons' style are the only thing keeping the background from becoming "too much" which is definitely not something bad, on the contrary, but if you're planning on adding widgets which I recommend you do, try to keep them in the same style as the background or else it all goes wrong. Good luck.

Just note that KLWP is an actual live wallpaper, and updates every second (which AFAIK drains battery)

KWGT is more along the lines of what you'd be looking for, as its custom widgets, but it only updates every minute. No biggie for battery/clock, but you won't get a smooth seconds hand/ smooth music progress bar.
