I'm on windows 8.1, use Aero Glass to enable the transparency, then applied a visual style I edited with Windows Style Builder, I removed the blur effect of the windows with a third program called Aero Blur Tweaker (or something like that). The browser is mozilla firefox and is easier to customize contrary to Chrome for example, you can edit its appearance by writing a CSS (same case for any other website, in the screenshot danbooru's look was changed with CSS), and you can use AHK script to add some hotkey (for example 'win+c' will center the active window, 'F10' will hide the taskbar, etc)

can't be fucked to find the poster, but you can backup your entire set of stylish stylesheets by copying stylish.sqlite from your firefox profile.

just move it to a new profile if your current one is broken and you want access to them.

set taskbar to autohide

i don't think that's windows tho, if the taskbar was autohidden it should show a 1px line on an edge of the screen

You can make a series of buttons that you can click to switch workspaces, but you can't fetch the current workspace to keep it updated when you switch with shortcuts or any other method.
