The CSS is Melboune (you can just google it and it'll come up) for Firefox. The windows theme in the image is a modified 'Sharp Flat' Win8 theme I believe. I'm Win 7 so was seeing if someone knew of one that could give me the same effect.

I ended up finding out it can be pretty much any transparent Aero theme but you need to edit it to get rid of the blur with Ava's editor, but couldn't find a crack for it.
