So I am basically trying to convert this image into a cell phone background as well as a wallpaper. The issue is I was only able to find the image on a t-shirt so after cropping it, it didn't come out as great as I wish it did.

So basically, what I am asking is if it is at all possible to improve the background and make it more solid black, then I'd like it in the 1080x1920 and 1920x1080. Sorry for the long post.
