This show was trash. Beautifully shot and the aesthetic is great but awful shit story that I predicted from episode 2.

This show was great! Great period piece, well paced, good character development and music choices. Not like some of the other crap on TV that's just sensational trash or formulaic. Everything on TV can be predictable if you try hard enough, so who the hell cares and just enjoy it or move on.

Predictability doesn't make a show good or bad. That's way too narrow a focus. It's about the unfolding.

Some of the best shows/stories/books/movies/tales have irresistable outcomes that you know are coming from the outset and it's the unfolding that creates life in the soul of the viewer.
