The reason why I make the threads is so I can display the 'best' homescreens from last thread in the OP image and to subsequently host it on our site.

But it's fine if you create threads, but just wait until that old one dies first. The whole reason I started making homescreen threads was to centralize everything and not have three or four threads sprawled out at once. It's annoying to see it become decentralized again.

Question for y'all

I'm trying to get my wallpaper to scroll with my homescreen on my Android phone. If I select a wallpaper from a theme it works fine but if I select an image I downloaded it makes me cut out a selection and provides no option to set it to scroll.

Anyone know whats up?

Depends on the launcher you're using if you're using Nova you just have to active pic related under "desktop" then "scrolling wallpaper"

99% of themes you'll see on homescreen threads are made with klwp. It's an app that allows you to customize and create pretty much anything you want. For example, I'm >>6644599 and all of my theme was done in klwp. It may seem daunting at first because there are about a million options and settings, but once you get used to it a little, it's really not that hard to make a beautiful homescreen.

Tugabrowser is a CAF chromium based browser optimized for snapdragon devices.
If your phone has a snapdragon soc, I would highly recommend trying tuga browser out. It isn't the smallest browser (around ~40mb or so), but it is by far the fastest.
Yes, even faster than lightning or naked browser. It also comes with built in ad blocking and night mode.

AFAIK Tuga is closed source, but it's part of a pretty large rom for oneplus so it should be fine.
If you really want an open source browser you can try the chromium build straight from the code aurora forums here: https://wiki.codeaurora.org/xwiki/bin/Chromium+for+Snapdragon/Build

Note that you will have to build the app as there isn't any apk available for download. To me, it wasn't worth the effort of compiling it so I just went with Tuga instead.
If you search around there is a fair bit of documentation on how to build the browser from the source.

I don't really like how the slide out menus just pop out over the home screen.
When you swipe to one side the home screen should shift a bit and the menu should pop out so it looks like it's in the same layer as everything else.

Hey guys, I'm looking for some help regarding my new theme. Would you guys have any ideas for which icon pack to use. I'm open to any kind of suggestions, as long as the icons look good, I'd prefer color though instead of boring old white. It can also be paid or free, I don't mind. I think it's gonna depend on the launcher you're using? I forget what shit is native and what is launcher.

But there should be an option to auto hide the notification bar, this way it hides most of the time, but in most apps it will still be there, or is it's not you can always swipe down at the top of the screen to bring it down.

So I've figured out how to get it to come up with the apps when clicking a button/text (so like in this when you click phone, it makes the 4 shortcuts appear) How do I make those 4 hide again when i click on another button (so again this webm for example, when clicking social, the "phone" buttons slide back to the left)
