How do I make my Windows 10 taskbar not look like shit? Is there such thing as icon packs for Win10?

Get rid of the horrible notifications on the right, potentially get rid of the clock with a third-party program, go to deviantArt to find icons for whatever you've pinned to the taskbar, right click them, then right click the program name (right click windows explorer icon, when the menu comes up right click windows explorer again), customize, change icon...
There are also programs to change the way it looks. Start Is Back is one of them. Or classic shell, can't remember which.
Or you could remove it and get a dock if you're that kind of guy.
