I use Microsoft edge Dark Mode and Edge style menu. Then remove all the unnecessary stuff from the tool bar makes it much cleaner.

yeah I installed it and its real nice. the only issue is the really low visibility of the window resize and window minimize buttons

'Good' is very subjective. I personally hate too many bright colors, so I use tinyCSS with some modified colors.
