Not quite. If you use nova launcher and zooper widget pro, you can get close. This is what I made. The clock part of the dock are off, but all the buttons work.

Maybe play with it a little. Try and work with it some more. Add and remove. Maybe but some unbordered blur boxes behind the text. Right now it looks too barebones(whether that is intentional or not). Like, you're still in the frame stage, build on it to really flesh it out. I see potential, also I like the paper.

Almost there dude. Just fix the bottom 4 icons and you're golden. Min is a big enough pack that even if there isn't an icon specifically for that app there should be one close enough that you can use it and still know what it's for
