>>6412467
This is beautiful.
Now that I'm watching your wallpapers, I'd love to see some program like "Wallpaper changer"
Every day, another work of art with a short context of it.
That'd be sweet as fuck.
I don't know shit about programming but I'll try getting infos and I'll come back to you asking to deliver stuff in the week
>>6417385
If you have Windows 10 (don't know about previous versions) you can save loads of art and set your desktop as a slideshow to change once a day, not sure what you could do about the context however
>>6417740
You don't even need 10 for this. This has been a thing since vista. Right click desktop, click personalize, then it should be pretty intuitive from there.
>>6417740
>>6417385
Oh, and as for the context, just make a separate folder and put your context in each picture via powerpoint (if you aren't good at photoshop) then save as a .png (png's are lossless)
>>6417385
If you uses a Mac, check wallcat.

does using these as my wallpaper without researching the origins of each one make me a poser or pretentious?
>>6425069
Why so ? if you find it suit your taste there it no reason you are a poser.
>>6425069
If you think it'll impress people or make you seem more intelligent, yes. If you just appreciate the aesthetic and want to use it as a pape, no.
>>6425069
i just think painted art looks cool as a wallpaper

No, but it would be pretentious if someone told you you had to do background research on an artist before you were allowed to use a painting you like as a wallpaper.

They used it, but it's a work from Thomas Cole. Romantic painters seem to be a favorite of doom metal bands.
