All the content in my startpage is dynamically selected (the quote at the bottom, the background image, and the lass in the foreground). All the items in the dropdown header pain and all the boxes are configurable to link off based on a config file. But its all PHP so if you don't have a PHP server than it won't do you any good.

Afaik from guys from this board, they do it with Stylish and Greasemonkey, they use css' / styles to do this to firefox.

Both are firefox. I don't think a "feature" of firefox is that you can rice it, but because of stylish, we're able to. Read the pastebin posted somewhere in this thread and you'll get a quick overview of what to do and how to do it.
