Please fill the background in with a color complimentary to this image. The one I have in mind is 9a5f57, but if you can think of one better, by all means. I'd prefer a darker color that kinda makes her pop, still similar to her own color. The image needs to stay the same size and everything, I just need the background to be filled with that color (or the one you find to be better/chose by my specifications.) It's for my phone that I'm now officially trying to rice out.

it is zooming and expanding, even on a compressed gif it has to keep reapplying the colors over the changing areas which leads to increased file size, it also has many colors being used and is a fairly medium length gif.

That said I cut the frames for you by 1 frame drop every 3 and the size is now under 4mb. enjoy.

what did you do to it?

I changed the orange into a very light green and the blue into lightish blue dark-grey, hoping they match the menu colors a bit. I use f-lux so my color perception is a bit fucked up.
Had to blur up some border artifacts afterwards.

I used the eraser on the original image, and then the patch tool to grab pieces of the jpeggy knife to replace the pieces with the logo on it. I used a smaller version of the image with just the logo for comparison, and then decided it was good enough anyways

Kind of an odd request, but I'll give it a shot. So I want to get this image made into an actual, IRL poster, but the image is way too small for it to be printed as anything but a blurry mess. This is the highest resolution that I was able to find as well, considering this image was straight from the artist's website. I was wondering if anyone here would mind massively upscaling the image and giving it a high PPI. If the image ended up being too large to upload here, would you mind uploading it somewhere so I could get it? If they did, I would be super grateful.

If it helps at all, the size of the poster that I want to get it made into would be 24x36 with a PPI of at the very least 300.

If you guys don't think this is appropriate for this thread, and want me to try and get someone on /r/ to do it or something, I'll delete the post.

The large version that you're pointing out is a bit strange. If you look closely you can tell that some kind of effect has been applied to it, so that it looks kind of painted. A lot of the fine detail is lost. If that's the best that can be done for that image to be blown up, whether it's because of it's just too small originally or something, I guess I'll deal.

it was vectored, probably using one of the automatic options. It will lose major quality getting it anywhere near the size you're asking for. You'll have to deal with the vectored one, or maybe find the artist and ask if they have it larger because you want to print it.

Thanks for the answer. Contacting the artist for a better copy isn't really an option considering that the art was made on contract for the game and sold in extremely limited quantities at a con. I guess I'll just live with the vectored copy, it'll still look good at a distance once printed.
