I switched to WIN10 and been looking for a replacement for this WIN7 theme.
I'm using the same one as you but I'm pretty sure he charges for the versions that aren't ugly.
It gets weird some times where parts of the system go back to the default white.

And the taskbar icons get all distorted and I have to restart explorer.exe to fix them.

Here's what I'm using. I did pay for the theme but it was like 2 dollars, and I figured it was worth it to get Win10 to look somewhat decent.

It does go back to the default theme when I restart my computer, but I do that very rarely, and changing back to the theme fixes it very easily.

awesome is clunky out of the box and stays clunky no matter what you do. dwm was basically replaced by bspwm in the ranks of good tiling wms. i3 is a good entry point because of how easy it is to modify configs, but most people get stuck there because there isn't really any reason to use any other tiling window manager unless you hate the tree based format.

I've recently dove head-first into a pure linux desktop, so not everything is customized to the way I want it, but it's coming along. Are there any graphical file browsers (I'm using ranger but sometimes a GUI can be easier) that can also get riced easily?

XFCE DE/WM With theme names there. Font is Monte Carlo.

Distro doesnt matter; neither does your desktop environment or DE. You can emulate that look easily many different ways.

Your problem regarding parts of the system going back to its default colour schemes has something to do with a UxStyle bug, just restart the "UnsignedThemes" service through Task Manager and reapply your theme in Control Panel.
