The manga is 1000x better than the anime. The anime was alright, it was just a bit slow and had a really bad ending. I heard that the manga if far superior to it, which from what ive read seems to be true

The manga ending was retarded too. I know people like to always praise the original source material but that wasn't a good ending and as hokey as the anime was at least shit was resolved permanently

Permanently?? Not at all, if anything they opened up a whole new thing to explore. Sure it ends the little arc thing part, but it's just like Hey *blank* is this now. And then boom, it ends (censored for spoilers).
And the anime was only based off the manga for like the first season or two. When the anime was finished the manga was still going. After the second season or so it completely strayed from the manga
