What skill would I need to be able to extend this image for example?

How far do you need to extend it and to which side?
For the sky, you'd select a vertical slice near the current edge and stretch it horizontally.
That gives you the correct blue gradient.
Then you use a feathery brush to paint in clouds.
The beach, life preserver, and leg would all be cloned or copied & pasted.
Vary the size and orientation of the copies so the repetitive pattern and seams are not obvious.
This help?

Now, if you have a recent version of Photoshop, the Content-Aware Fill may be able to do quite a lot of that automatically.

Expanded paper (white) and stretched upper haze, not horizontally, but at an angle, to match.
Filled lower part solid blue and began drawing clouds alternating white and light blue, working back to front, and sometimes using same blush with sky-color to cut into clouds.
I put a splotch of red in with the same air-brush so you can see it.
Where new portions met existing image, I smeared paint to hide transitions.
Note: this is how _I'd_ do it. Others may differ.

You have to ask yourself if it looks 'real'.
Personally, I think the top of the dense cloud mass should be 'fluffier' and not sheared off.

Hey guys, first time asking for a image modification and it will be weird one. I want to buy an awesome wall scroll for christmas and found a good picture with high resolution and so on.
Problem is everything seems to be perfect but her chin, holy shit seems to be completeley fucked up in my eyes (he don't like it either this way). There must be a photoshop god there to help out but I figured something out. If the mouth is moved a bit downside and then a bit to the right side (somehow in a line with the nose) the picture looks so much better.
That would be the request: moving the mouth a bit down and right in a line with her nose so it doesn't looked that fucked up.
If possible pls don't make the image smaller, otherwise it will loose necessary quality for the scroll upload.

I think the eyes are positioned correctly.
There should be one eye-width between the tear ducts -- and there is, near enough.
The 'oddness' comes from the way the artist clipped off her right eye.
I tried to fix that.

Of course, most anime characters have eyeballs so large that
there'd be no room left inside the skull for brains.
This may explain why so many act the way they do.)

I've had some problems finding decent backgrounds of my waifu over the years, so I'd like to request a few alterations to this C.C. image, if it isn't asking too much.

First and foremost, I'd like it to be made into a 1600x900 wallpaper of some description.

Second, I'd like to request a detext of the Ceayus watermark on the lock of hair near the top of the base image's frame.

Third, I'd appreciate it if the base theme of the image (the stars/ wisps on a black background) could be maintained.

Lastly, I'd optionally like to request a bit of redrawing to finish the cut off ends of C.C.'s hair. I realize that's asking a lot, so it's entirely up to the anon in question and whether or not they feel capable to tackling the task.

Beyond that I'll leave it up to the helpful anon in question as to whether C.C. is in centered in the final product or aligned to the right. Either one would be perfectly fine to me.

I hope I'm not being too demanding. Feel free to ignore this request if it comes off as greedy or overly work-intensive.

P.S. I posted a slightly different version of this request and left it up for roughly a minute or so before becoming more decisive and opting to narrow the focus of my post. My apologies if I misled anyone with the initial request.

The top left cloud looks weird since the clouds change to a smudge from a relistic looking cloud.The bottom left I can see an error like theres a huge drop in quality.And the ones in the rectangle you can see a cut. The leg on the bottom right now looks unatural because it looks flat, it didn't look flat in the original image because the leg wasen't extended so far.
