Assuming you meant the wallpaper I made and not the original drawing, I didn't save it. I only save /imt/ project files if I think I can use them again for something else.

There is nothing fancy going on there. I sampled the colors from the original image. The shape was made with the pen tool, stroked 4 pixels, and duplicated. A small amount of noise was also added to the background.

What is the purpose of your post? Did you think I didn't realize they wanted the background extended? They said that in the request.

There are moving images that are displayed frame by frame like a gif or APNG on pixiv. Does anyone know how to find out the delay for those frame by frame images on pixiv? Would really appricate it

The animation consists of a bunch of JPG's inside a ZIP.
Pixiv uses Javascript download the JPG's one by one and display them like a slideshow (only faster :)

How to download the ZIP file:
1) Look at the HTML source of the page with the animation you want.
2) Search for:
.zip
3) You might get multiple results with different resolutions.
4) Pick the resolution you want.
3) Copy the link into something, and edit the slashes to be a regular link.
4) Result:

Sorry, regarding the frame delay, no I don't know. I just tried different delays until it looked close enough.

0.03 is a bit fast, 0.04 is a bit slow, but Photoshop won't let you set thousandths of a second, or I probably would have used 0.035.

I'm not sure what color or fill in pattern would look best for the margins. I'm thinking maybe something similar to the blue that surrounds "The Powerpuff Girls" logo. Then a tiny pink strip separating the top and bottom margins from the background. Then if the logo of this image can be put at the top halfway into the top margin. Then place the girls centered maintaining a good size.

If anyone has any ideas/suggestions please pipe in.

It has some issues. Hair strands a bit messed up.
However, for a first attempt its perfect and I can fix all the issues with an eraser, so your job is done thank you a lot.
