Can someone please make the background transparent and also finish drawing the hair at the very top? Also making the image more "flat" (for lack of a better word) would be helpful though I can personally do that afterwards.

Sorry, I guess I just assumed most people had watched fate. Caster is the one in purple, on the far left. Lancer is the one in blue on the far right in the middle. And I just realized I meant Assassin, not Caster. Assassin is the one at the bottom in black, with the skull mask. They are all servant classes in the fate anime, and the artist drew illya wearing their outfits.

Oh. Well, I cut all the non-background (faces and speech bubbles) to another layer.
Then I filled the background with a 'fabric' texture.
Finally, with the eraser, I cut away the texture to approximate the original semi-randomness.
Merged layers.

I've kept a 'separate layers' file in case changes were needed.
Please let me know if I can erase it or if you'd like any of the elements.

Trying to match an original background pattern precisely is usually futile.
(Unless there's enough of it to clone in a non-obvious fashion.)

Hmmm. Looks like you drew white lines on a dark background (or vice versa)
and applied a 'scatter' filter.
Nice solution to the problem.

I actually used the brush tool with scatter and diffuse selected, then went over that with the burn tool to apply shadows
