Selected skirt with magic wand and touched up missed spot with pen.
Altered hue and increased lightness a bit.
I think it was still a little dull so I superimposed a red layer with merge-mode set to 'color'.

Sorry I have no experience in image manipulation so I wouldn't know where to begin on removing the watermark and adding a background, could this be done in ms paint? Again I just wanted a darker colored background and not the bright green so I don't really mind picking a darker color for me

mspaint doesn't do transparency I think. get paint.NET, open the image, use eraser over the watermark, create a new layer, put it under the one with the girl, use fill tool with a colour. I would but I'm currently stuck on a chromebook.

Can i get this with megaman removed in a 16:9 ratio? Guessing 1280x720 since 1920x1080 might result in a loss of quality though i know nothing about image modification.
