There are no decent window managers for wayland yet. Your options are gnome/kde which are both shit. Orbabment which is built on qt an is also shit. And sway which can't handle floating windows in a reasonable manner and results in a lot of things like umatrix being unusable. And the other options are all half-baked or in really early stages. I wanted to use it on my laptop but after trying all those options I went back to X.

It's because of your chrome/explorer thing. If you want to get rid of it, you'll need to somehow alter the visuals of it or uninstall it.

Linked to me, but you're css anon. For the youtube script I would move the search to the middle and the home/upload/account to the right, everything else is pretty stock.
For the 4chan script I would again margin everything to the middle, simply because I think it looks cleaner in the middle. Also I use infinite scrolling so ask any questions you have.

when I was younger building PC's I used to spent a lot of time learning how to trick shit out in XP and 7 and would go to crazy lengths to make desktops that all kind of looks liked everyone's here, super customized, nothing really left stock, it was fun and I liked how it looked.

now, as I get older and use the computer less and less, I'm into this low effort minimalism stuff

Right off a fresh format I only have installed what I need, and after spending 5 minutes fixing windows settings I never have to touch anything again.

Everything works first try, no hiccups, and I really enjoy the view.
