Does it really matter?
I get it when people complain about censorship that changes character's lines or elements that change how a character or how the story is meant to be perceived. Like for example when they change religious things.
But that kind of shit where a bunch of pixels are a different color because "whoa can't show tits" or "is that a dick", who gives a shit about those?
If anything, the aspect ratio of those two images bothers me more than the monster's speedo.

You have it backwards, my friend. Changing some dialogue is not a big deal, but when companies have this knee-jerk reaction to censor the sprites or models it is a much bigger problem because they are very clearly trying to cater to a certain crowd who likes to bitch about every perceived injustice relating to sex. In OP's picture there is no penis visible, even if you squint and magnify the sprite 100x. Yet some employee still had to go and put a tacky looking speedo on a werewolf man and treat the buyer like a baby. This is how it starts, you say "who cares" about something admittedly minor about this, and soon before your know it censorship is becoming the norm and is widespread because you let them get away with it at this stage for no reason.
