Played this at D&B ages ago. I barely remember. Other than that Super Hang On. There aren't that many motorcycle games that are great.

Probably my favourite too, despite only playing it in person a bunch during a holiday. I love the branching race structure - suck, and you'll get a different set of courses than when you git gud and finally get to Segal and its giant Sanic.

Dunno any retro motorcycle games, but all I could think of was Road Rash 64. Even though it looks like shit, but it was somewhat fun.
