Anyone ever used and had any luck with this?
Just downloaded a burned a copy to try and play my PAL Virtua Fighter in 60hz, but it wont boot anything.
It loads up and asks me to swap the disc, but when I do, nothing happens. The game disc will spin round for a bit, and that's it.

Don't think so, as it loads up burned cd-r discs fine.
The dc-x disc I made loads up fine, but then I can't load any games from it.

If burned discs work fine why not just burn an ntsc copy of vf and be done with it?
This approach you're attempting seems overcomplicated to me.

I burned a copy of Utopia Boot and it boots both PAL and NTSC-J games on my NTSC-U console.
